上のグラフは、｢高等教育に対する公的助成金｣の国際比較のグラフです。薄い色は公的な奨学金、中間色は民間団体の奨学金、濃い色は教育ローンを示しています。 日本はと言うと、･･･ほとんど全てがローンに分類されています。(「日本学生支援機構」もしっかり利子が取られます。）
今までの資料から、日本の大学教育は値段が高い上に、奨学金が少なく、学生、またその親にとってとても｢行きにくい｣ものだと言うことがよく判ります。
世の中の仕組みとして、｢これでいいのかな？｣と、僕は非常に疑問に感じます。
これからの日本を背負っていくのは言うまでもなく若い世代です。若い人たちが夢を持って生きられるような仕組み作りをすることは大人の責務だと思います。
以前国会で山本太郎氏が、この件に関して下村文部科学大臣に質問をぶつけておられましたが、非常に的を射たよい質問でした。 奨学金の整備、教育ローンの返却に関して、少しでも前進してくれればいいのですが･･･。
一億総活躍社会、はいいですが、活躍できる土台作り、を政府はちゃんとして欲しいと強く思います。
